This kitchen is currently mid-transformation, and we’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the progress so far.

Our team started with a full demo, clearing out the old kitchen to make way for a completely new layout and updated finishes.

From there, we began rebuilding the space with some major upgrades:

• Installing custom cabinetry
• Installing custom countertops
• Adding a new tile backsplash
• Installing new outlets and relocating appliances for a better layout
• Snaking the drain and running new PVC plumbing from the basement
• Removing a knee wall to open up the kitchen
• Relocating HVAC beneath the new island to improve airflow and functionality

A lot of the work that makes a great kitchen happens behind the walls and under the floors, and we’re making sure everything is done right before the finishing touches go in.

Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing the final reveal soon, and this one is going to look incredible.

Every home has a space that just doesn’t work the way it should. That was the case with this bedroom.

Our team stepped in to completely rework the layout and make the space more functional while giving it a clean, updated look.

We started by removing a wall to expand the closet and create a much more usable storage area. Inside the new closet, we built custom shelving designed to maximize space and organization.

To address existing plumbing that ran through the room, we constructed a false wall to conceal the pipes while still leaving access for the cleanouts when needed.

From there we handled the rest of the upgrades to bring the room together:

• Added two new electrical outlets
• Updated the lighting
• Removed outdated wallpaper
• Hung, finished, and painted new drywall
• Insulated the exterior walls
• Encased the windows for a finished look
• Installed new carpet and baseboards

The result is a bedroom that feels cleaner, brighter, and far more functional than before.

Not every bathroom is built the same… and that’s where custom work makes all the difference.

This space had a sloped ceiling that made a standard shower install impossible. Instead of forcing a cookie-cutter solution, we designed and built a fully custom shower to fit the space perfectly — and bring our client’s vision to life.

✔️ Custom tile layout to work cleanly with the angled ceiling
✔️ Recessed niche with detailed mosaic accent
✔️ Matte black fixtures throughout
✔️ Fully custom glass enclosure built to match the slope
✔️ New vanity with stone top and updated lighting
✔️ New LVP flooring to tie everything together

Not every remodel starts with a dream… sometimes it starts with a disaster.

This homeowner reached out to us after being left high and dry by other contractors. The job had been started, mistakes had been made, and then the crew walked away. What was supposed to be an exciting renovation turned into stress, uncertainty, and a house stuck in limbo.

That’s where we stepped in.

We evaluated the work, corrected the issues, tightened up the details, and built it the right way from the ground up. While this was a full home remodel, these photos highlight the heart of the home — the kitchen transformation.

The snow is melting and that means it's time to book your exterior home renovation! Here's a before and after shot of a home we just fully renovated. On the exterior of this one, we installed new siding, windows, gutters and a new garage door which really made this home in Chesterland shine!

Here’s the finished product!

We opened up this dining room in strongsville by knocking down a non-load bearing wall, moving over some electrical, and some very custom carpentry to achieve a seamless transition between rooms. Making it look like it was as never there to begin with.
