New set of stairs in Platinum G.C 300 yr old home. I lifted section an inch to level and installed 2 2x10 LvL to support with load bearing wall. Pt plywood wall board due to excessive moisture in basement.
Getting ramped up to add 2nd bathroom into this home which stood prior as Parsonsfield Maines first post office and then relocated later on to current address. This home is completely out of square and un level. Fun for me to maintain it's age and redo interior to my spec.
