We’re thrilled to welcome Jon Millsap back to Experiencia Bamboo for his second evening with us.

After his last performance, there was no question, we wanted him back.

A self-taught guitarist and vocalist with deep Central Coast roots, Jon creates an entire soundscape through live looping, layering intricate guitar work with smooth, soulful vocals. His set moves effortlessly between his original music and thoughtfully chosen covers, with a storytelling style that makes the evening feel intimate and personal.

WHAT IF DINNER WASN’T JUST DINNER?

The kind of evening you remember long after the last course, because of how it made you feel.

That is the heart of Experiencia Bamboo.

The evening begins with a guided walk through our bamboo grove, a moment to breathe, and time to take in the land before gathering at the table.

Then, the evening unfolds.

A seasonal dinner prepared by Chef Julio Antonio.
Dry-farmed wines from V1no Juan.
Live music beneath the bamboo.
A table set with intention.
And the kind of conversation that happens when there is nowhere else you need to be.

For our next Experiencia Bamboo, we’re welcoming back Central Coast singer-songwriter Jineanne Coderre to the grove.

Known for blending R&B, pop, and smooth jazz, Jineanne has spent years bringing her music to some of the Central Coast’s most beautiful settings, sometimes with her trio, sometimes solo, and sometimes alongside local musicians.

Her music carries a warmth that feels right at home here: acoustic melodies, organic grooves, rich harmonies, and a voice that invites you to stay awhile.

This is what Experiencia Bamboo is about.

A place to breathe, gather, and be present.

And an evening you won’t experience quite the same way anywhere else.
