SPRING Maintenance Tips!
Check for loose or leaky gutters - make sure downspouts are free of debris and drain away from house
Use a screwdriver to probe the wood around windows, doors, railings and decks - make repairs now before the spring rains can do more damage to the wood
Look up and around the house at your roof - see if any shingles were lost or damaged during the winter. Shingles that are missing granules, cracked, buckled need replacing. Skylights and chimneys need to be checked as well - please call to arrange a appointment!
Check all concrete for cracks and or movement, these cracks need to be filled with concrete crack filler or silicone caulk
Remove any firewood that has been stored for the winter - wood should be at least 18 inches off the ground and 4 feet away from the house
Check any outside hose faucets for damage from freezing
Have a qualified AC contractor service your unit
Check all gas and battery powered lawn equipment so it ready to use!

Combined and updated two decks to create one large area with a beautiful new hot tub install! Third deck on side also updated. These decks were bulit by us around 20 years ago and were still in great condition, customer desired a new look and hot tub to enjoy. Made sure tub was in working order of course before we left. Check out the pictures below! Make sure you look for the last pic! 😉😊

These are part of the kitchen - notice the brick flooring! Once the staircase was taken out, the kitchen was expanded with the extra space.
