Decker Group, Ltd. is looking for a Civil & Landscape Project Manager to oversee our commercial, industrial, and municipal civil construction and landscape projects. This role manages schedules, budgets, contractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

-Manage civil and landscape construction projects
-Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and municipalities
-Track project schedules, budgets, and progress
-Review plans, permits, and project documents
-Conduct site visits and oversee quality control
-Handle project issues, change orders, and updates
-Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations
-Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, land development, landscape construction, or project management
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects at once
-Knowledge of commercial site development, earthwork, utilities, and landscape construction
-Experience reading plans and specifications
-Experience with project management and construction software (HCSS, Agtek, BlueBeam, etc.)
