We will be at the market tomorrow with carrots, onions, potatoes, fresh cucumbers, a little squash, beets, radish, peppers, very few tomatoes (these are starting) and the okra is starting.
There will be some dill, basil, parsley and cilantro from the herb garden.
We tried a new recipe for some lime soaked cucumbers to make old fashioned sweet pickles. Boy are these good!! We will have some available tomorrow.
Today is Jeff’s birthday 🎉 we have enjoyed the day.

A little wet today but we are working hard to bring you fresh produce tomorrow to the market.
We will have jalapeños, zucchini, gold and red beets, onions, potatoes, cucumbers, cabbage and radish 😊 Herbs: (fresh) rosemary, parsley, dill, basil and cilantro.
There is our famous zucchini relish, all kinds of pickles (crunchy) and a few jelly’s and jams.
Come see us at the Paris, Tx. Farmers and Artisan market tomorrow 8-1.
The second round of carrots need a couple of more weeks to grow.

At the Farmers and Artisan Market tomorrow in Paris, Tx. we will be bringing fresh picked cabbage, onions, radish, squash, potatoes, beets and carrots.
We will have an abundance of pickling and slicer cucumbers at 0.50 cents a pound! If you make pickles now’s the time to get homegrown, organic, crisp cucumbers!!
Pictured are our Armenian cucumbers. These get big and full of flavor. These can be pickled as well.
Herbs available are rosemary, dill, parsley, cilantro and chives.
We also have bread n butter, dill, spicy dill canned pickles. Strawberry shrub and our famous zucchini relish. More jams and jellies coming soon.
