NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKERS 🔨
Kuhens Construction LLC is looking for a dependable, experienced, and highly motivated construction worker to join our team.
We are looking for someone who knows construction very well, thinks quickly, solves problems, and can perform assigned job duties correctly without needing to be told how to complete every step.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have strong construction and remodeling experience
• Must have your own basic construction tools
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be a fast thinker and able to make good decisions on the jobsite
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work through unexpected jobsite situations
• Must be able to perform assigned job duties independently without needing step-by-step instruction
• Must understand how construction projects are properly completed from start to finish
• Must be dependable and show up on time and ready to work
• Must be able to follow plans, measurements, and instructions accurately
• Must work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Must understand proper construction practices and jobsite safety
• Must be able to work independently as well as with the rest of the crew
• Must take pride in your work and keep a professional attitude on the jobsite
EXPERIENCE IN MULTIPLE AREAS IS PREFERRED, INCLUDING:
• Framing
• Deck building
• Siding
• Roofing
• Drywall
• Doors & windows
• Trim & finish carpentry
• Remodeling
• General residential construction
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We need someone who can be given a task, understand what needs to be done, figure out the best way to accomplish it, and get it done correctly and efficiently without constant supervision.
You should be comfortable identifying problems, coming up with solutions, taking initiative, and keeping the project moving.
