A little update on the garage conversion we’re working on.
Floor height has been raised to match the existing floor height inside of the home.
All interior walls are framed and ready for electrical and plumbing to be roughed in. Center wall is waiting for a new design to come back from the interior designer to accommodate storage before framing is finished.

Mudroom and garage completed. 6’x6’ mudroom was built and LVP flooring installed. Walls were insulated then sheetrock was installed where missing throughout garage and finished. Garage floor has been epoxy painted.
