If you’ve been following along lately, you know it’s been a season.

Design projects.
A store expansion.
School events + tech weeks.
A new sales system.
And all the personal things that somehow still need to get done.

It’s been a lot.

But it’s also been exciting, rewarding and a reminder of how grateful I am to do what I love while raising a family and building something meaningful in a place I love.

I’m especially thankful for the incredible women at who continue to show up, jump in wherever needed and help make all of this happen. This season would look very different without them.

Standing here on the last day of school, I’m feeling grateful for this community, my clients, my team and everything taking shape behind the scenes.

Here’s to a summer filled with family, creativity + exciting things ahead.

Things you don’t always see during a store expansion…

The hand-selected lighting + fans.
The endless visits and measuring.
Samples spread everywhere.
The tiny decisions that become big decisions.

This process has been equal parts exciting, overwhelming, inspiring + creatively fulfilling all at once.

Watching the new Curated Pawleys space slowly start to come together is making all the long days feel very worth it already.

We’re creating a space filled with beautiful details, thoughtful design + so much inspiration and I truly cannot wait to share it with you.

In the meantime, we’re open as usual next door. Just excuse the extra mess while we update our sales system + prep for the move over the next few weeks.

The face behind Curated Pawleys.

Yesterday was a big day in the shop. I wish I could fully put into words all the good that happened!! From a peppy start with the supportive women, to the new customer who felt called to pray over us, to the unexpected opportunities that walked through the door.

Moments like this remind me that Curated Pawleys has become so much more than a store. It’s become a place of connection, encouragement, creativity + community.

Feeling very grateful for this season and for everyone who continues to support this dream. Thank you for being part of it.

Most people notice the color first.

I’m paying attention to the texture.

That’s what gives a space depth, even when the palette is simple.

We have these textured shades in the shop if you want to see them in person.

It’s not just what you choose.
It’s how it all comes together.

Color, scale + placement. Every piece has a role.

Good pieces do more than fill a space.

They set the tone for everything around them.

These are the kinds of layers we’re always looking for.

It’s never just one thing, it’s how it all comes together.

3 of these are true, 1 isn’t.

1️⃣ I went bungee jumping + skydiving on the same birthday
2️⃣ I prefer an all white space
3️⃣ I’ve moved 18 times
4️⃣ I’m very picky about bathtubs

Which one is the odd one out?

This is either the part most people don’t spend enough time on or spend too much time second-guessing.

A paint sample.
A few materials pulled together.
Figuring out how it all works before anything is final.

Because color on a chip or wet in a can is rarely how it actually reads in a space.
Light, texture and everything around it change it.

It’s not the finished space yet, but it’s where everything starts to come together.

Trust the process.

Working on a space? We’d love to help.

What I love about this tile…

The mix of colors
Taking it from ceiling to floor for a full statement
The way the light hits it + shifts throughout the day
How it subtly hides the linear drain
And the movement you just don’t get with a flat tile

This is the kind of detail that makes the whole space feel different.
