This home built in late 30s early 40s is a beast ! The lumber and craftsmanship are amazing. Calling project “Keeping It Real” because that’s what we’re doing. Subflooring has some old termite damage as well as flooring in one area. Not unusual but what is wild is the size a true 1 3/4 “ x 6” tongue and grove subfloor. Well off to the milling company to have some made. The awnings cypress T&G. Did repair on floor for a rental and tore back out after.
