Full 3 bedroom condo repaint/repairs.

Drastic transformation on this nice 3 bedroom condo in Lynn. Full top to bottom repaint, and many repairs. Replaced 2 doors with severely damaged jambs, changed light fixtures, repaired broken drawers, exterior door repair and paint, added a new oven vent, major repair of stairway entrance, were some of the repairs. Lots of work went into preparing this condo for sale. This will on the market soon, if anyone is interested.

Finished up a small job. I painted a coffee island in Peabody, and added a couple closet rods to make better use of space. The closet had never been painted, so I primed and gave it 2 coats of finish paint.

Here is an exterior paint job, with a few repairs on the windows. This job was just one side, and the fascia boards around the house. Lots of scrapping and sanding on this to bring this Beverly home back to life. This job turned out to be a lot more work than I anticipated, but I got it done and threw in a few extras as well (windows were not included, but I wanted the whole side to look complete). Another happy customer.

I painted the shutters as well on a deck job. To complete the job, I decided to pull the weeds from the driveway, sidewalk and mulch beds, and paint their mailbox that was faded, so it would match the shutters. A little extra goes a long way.

Another deck done over. I sanded this one down to bare wood, primed and applied 2 coats of solid stain. This one was just the deck boards. Nice smooth surface now. The heat made this project difficult, as well as stubborn paint that really wanted to stay on there, but I'm happy with the results.

Here is a deck that I did over in Swampscott. The customer had asked if I could also clean up the yard and spread some mulch as well. Now they're ready to enjoy their backyard pool area. Feel free to contact me with any work you need done around the house, painting or otherwise.

Finished up a bathroom paint job for a great customer. It's always nice to leave a job happy, and the customer is happy. It was a pleasure working for Chris Smith, and look forward to any future projects. I am available, if anyone needs any painting done. Interior or exterior.
