Siding Replacement, Hardie Plank Siding Installation and Exterior Painting.

Giving this home in Hoschton a much needed exterior makeover. These home found themselves constantly hiring repair work to replace deteriorated/rotted LP siding boards here and there. They decided enough was enough and are having us do a complete siding replacement project.

We stripped the original LP siding, installed house wrap, replaced rotted sheathing, reflashed the openings, installed new Hardie Plank siding and are in the process of painting. First coat of Sherwin-Williams Loxon was applied today and we'll top coat with SuperPaint tomorrow.

Ever wonder what is behind your existing siding? This is what we find on most siding replacement projects once the original siding is stripped.
Unfortunately, no moisture barrier wrap was installed by the builder; which not only contributes to water damaged sheathing when water gets behind the siding and trim boards, as can be seen on the chimney areas, it also accounts for significant draft and airflow pe*******on.

*We only use James Hardie housewrap as a compliment to exclusively using original Hardie Plank fiber cement siding materials on all of our projects.

Siding replacement Hoschton 30548. We're replacing the original LP siding that was significantly deteriorated and delaminated.

Siding replacement Lawrenceville 30043.

We're updating this 2 story home in Lawrenceville with an exterior makeover. Removing the original LP siding, replacing water damaged soffit and fascia trim, as well as new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts once it's all said and done. More photos as we progress...

Window and Door Replacement Sandy Springs 30338.

Replacing the original single-pane wood windows in this 2 story colonial in Sandy Springs. 31- total windows + 3- new fiberglass entry doors on the back. Grateful for a busy year helping homeowners achieve their home improvement goals!

Siding Replacement Lawrenceville 30045:

Complete exterior makeover for this ranch style home with original [defective] LP siding. New Smooth Beaded Hardie Plank Siding, Hardie Trim on window frame openings, New Hardie Soffit and Fascia System, New 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters and Downspouts, and TWO coat paint job of Sherwin-Williams!

*Note the detail work on the front walkway where we installed PVC trim. Which is a building code and manufacturer's installation requirement for proper installation on cement grade areas. There was a significant slope in the cement walkway we had to work around, but we did a great job!

Window replacement Flowery Branch 30542:

Replaced the original single pane wood windows with our custom manufactured 9500 Series windows. New windows come with high performance Low E glass, Argon filled airspace, Energy Star rated performance, Neat coating, Easy Tilt-in upper and lower saahes, Screens and we installed a maintenance-free wrap on the exterior wood trim to protect it from the elements. Our Neat coated glass acts as a self-cleaning property to reduce upkeep and cleaning and it's a FREE upgrade for the rest of this year!
