Required skills:
• Physical strength is an essential requirement
• Water well equipment/business knowledge is helpful
• Inventory control knowledge and good organizational skills
• Current Forklift license (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-skilled environment: yard, rig, warehouse
• Punctual and honest with a flexible attitude
• Self-starter, proactive and comfortable working unsupervised
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Superior commitment to safe work practices with a good knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements

Role Description:
• Full-time M-F with possible weekends and overtime
• Manual loading and unloading of trucks and shipments
• Ensure goods and items received are correct and put up or distributed accordingly
• Conducting of daily inventory levels, ordering when necessary and reporting discrepancies immediately
• General cleaning and maintenance around yard
• Pickup and delivery of equipment/parts
• Equipment maintenance
• Field job preparation- Gather all equipment/inventory needed for jobs
• Occasional assistance on jobs on out field
• Load, unload and move materials and items by hand or by using material handling equipment/forklift
• Ensure that the shop/warehouses are properly maintained, organized and kept clean at all times
• Assist field crews when necessary
