UBS Mechanical Service Corp. is seeking motivated, dependable, hardworking individuals in the HVAC trade to join our team FULL TIME.

We’re searching for a skilled HVAC technician. In this role, it will be your job to install, maintain, and repair our clients’ HVAC systems. You will be responsible for tasks like but not limited to: cleaning the system, replacing malfunctioning parts, setting up new systems, and troubleshooting. To do this, you will need to have a keen understanding of how HVAC systems work. You should be capable of using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that our customers’ HVAC systems work as efficiently as possible.

You will also need to have excellent customer service skills and professionalism, as you will be working in our clients’ homes and businesses. They may ask you questions about how to best maintain their systems, which you should be able to confidently answer.

Work environment conditions include extreme temperatures. Also, you should be comfortable with climbing, heavy lifting, loud noises, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, and kneeling.

Requirements:
-EPA card (preferred)
-OSHA 10 Certified (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 2+ years of experience.
-Must have appropriate trade tools.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8A-4:30P (afterhours, weekends and holidays may apply)

-Determined on experience.

UBS MECHANICAL SERVICE CORP. is seeking for motivated individuals that are interested in learning the HVAC trade. No experience necessary, we will train!

Technician Helper (FULL TIME)

Duties:
-Train in the skilled in installation of the following, but not limited to: oil/ gas furnaces, oil/gas boilers, heat pumps, geothermal, air conditioners, air handing units, and water heaters.
-Train in the skills and knowledge to work safely with various types of refrigerant gases, fuel oils, natural gas, and propane.
-Train in the skills and knowledge to work safely with various voltages of electricity.
-Train in the skills and knowledge to safely braze with a high temperature torch that may use propone, acetylene, and oxygen.
-Train in the skills, knowledge and ability to safely work with high-pressure nitrogen and refrigerants.
-Train in the skills, knowledge and ability to install ductless mini splits.
-Train in the skills, knowledge and ability to install all types of humidifiers powered, bypass and steam.

Physical Requirements:
-Ability to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
-Ability to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings and ladders.
-Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather conditions.
-Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
-Ability to walk on uneven surfaces.
-Ability to work off of a ladder, sometimes at heights.
-Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds.

Hours:
-Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM (including some Saturdays)

Wage:
-Varies with experience.
