Got a call from some repeat clients days before closing on their new house and the bank needed this eye sore taken care of sooner rather than later to push through closing.
Luckily we were able to move a few jobs around and get this project buttoned up!

Water does not mess around!

We went into this bathroom with the intention of updating the space with new floors, trim and doors (the shower was replaced 6 or so years ago).

Unfortunately as you can tell from the progress photos the shower was compromised.

Fortunately, we got a good game plan together, with a realistic budget and we were able to complete this job as quickly as possible.

The worst part of my job is delivering bad news to good people. So if you have any concerns about a compromised shower, please give us a call, it can be a lot more serious than you really think it is.

I was in this bathroom multiple times before starting this project and I had no idea It was remotely this bad!
