10yrs of use with a cracked shower pan destroyed this rental properties' bathroom and closet in adjoining bedroom. We completed this complete tear out and literal ground up re-construction in a weeks time, and all on a budget.

What a transformation! Upgrades included Twice the square footage, a window, fully encompassing handmade wainscoting, New luxury vinyl flooring (throughout the entire first floor), LED mirror and recessed can lights, freestanding tub, tile shower, a soft closing barn door and all new fixtures. Major changes to the plumbing were also necessary to keep everything draining and venting properly. We teamed up with Nathan Hamilton of Hamilton Home on this one and we are both pleased as can be with the final results.. I will post some pics of what else we did during our two month stay on this big reno/remodel job on lake Cunningham.
