I want to say thank you to Gamma Phi Beta for allowing me to do the Updates for them on their Historic facility in Ames. We are coming to the close of the project and all the girls will be returning soon. I wish I could be there to hear the responses to the changes in their Home. Here are some of the areas that received Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige color, I'm sure the girls will love it.

Current location I'm Updating is a historical location in Ames. I believe that this door maybe Original to the structure. Imagine the stories it could share. So, I took some extra time to get it looking its best!

Here is another hint for you of where I'm currently painting. If you know someone that lives here do not tell them as they don't know until they return from Christmas break. A fresh start for the new year.

Finished up on all full exterior staining of home and decks. I decided to repaint the facia and trim to finish it out.

Those of you that have been following long enough will recognize this house. Ran into some problems with the original manufacturer having reformulated the product that was used for years on the home. Well, as soon as I opened it I knew it was not going to work as their reformulation was due to product costs that they imported so they eliminated it all together and it became more yellow/orange not the red/brown we needed. Thanks to Sherwin Williams, as always, their product of stain is made in the USA and was a great match for us to get it protected again from the elements. House is finished and moving on to all the decking on it. Love this house and the owner is great to work with!

Scraped, peel stop primer and new trim on the windows and door. Also, replaced some of the tongue and groove siding on this garage. They were very happy with the outcome and asked that I do the house next summer.

Well, I have some scraping in my near future. But will make it look good again with some new trim and color.

On this Update, the customer asked that all the colors stay the same but wanted wall damage and repairs done. It's back to its cute and cozy home. Ended up doing some ceilings and the walls on this Update.

A fresh, new look for this front porch. Updated the walls, front door, ceiling, columns, railing and spindles.

Another exterior Updated. If you have followed me long enough you have seen this house. I painted it years ago. It has new owners and they wanted to get away from blue tone.
