We talk about things that impact the day to day operations of real estate, AI and how AI can be your best friend and save you tremendous amounts of time, How we analyze deals what to look for what to be careful about, The political landscape from a real estate investors point of view and Social media the good the bad and what you need to be careful about. Currently we are doing a monthly newsletter, but we may up this to weekly since there is so much going on. The topics we talk about are things that are relevant in our business and either struggles we had and how we overcame them. The idea is to collaborate with people and show the real side of real estate investing. To many times you see the so call gurus and they paint a rosy picture but there are challenges and our goal at Level 7 is to always be transparent and real with our community, our investors, our families, and friends.
