The bathroom remodel I’m proud of doing but wish I never did you think the customer would be happy unfortunately that’s not the case after telling me they love the bathroom and how meticulous I am but the day of completion they told me they wanted to negotiate the remaining set balance which was under contract 1000 less than agreed take it or leave it they said just because they wanted it done sooner from jan.4-feb.9 mind you one week I was ill 🤧 I spent roughly 125-150 hours there over the 24 days spent on site items never quoted that added time replacing the rotted floor then leveling it and also stripping the walls completely down to studs who in there right mind would think that could be done in 2 weeks when materials for the job was bought daily and changing throughout the job we never had a deadline due to the unknown before demo and I was never going to add more money to the job for the extra time it took to fix it’s a shame I spent more time there for less money I’m honestly hurt over this

Bathroom touch up.Dennisport cape code. vanity, toilet and old tile and sub flooring removed. proper hardy backer sub flooring installed with new tile,toilet and vanity with faucet
