If you do not have experience in the construction/property rehab field, do not apply. We are needing someone that has experience with basic rehab/construction on homes!

Applicant would be responsible for maintaining rehab projects on several rental properties along with regular maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, preferably a truck.
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AROUND INDY.
Must be over the age of 18.
Have your owns tools a plus but not required.
Knowledge with rental property rehabs
Basic Plumbing
Painting
Drywall install/repair
Fence install/repair
Basic electric (outlets, lightswitchs, ceiling lights/fans)

You will recieve a 1099 at the end of the year.

Ceiling collapse due to unreported roof leak.

KOMS completed the mold remediation of walls and ceilings in both rooms affected, and replaced built in shelving with a new closet to convert office into additional bedroom space.

Recent Kitchen remodel:
Customer wanted a new dishwasher & backsplash installed.

Once the dishwasher was pulled, plumbing and drain leaks were detected.

Mold was found on the subfloor and floor joists, and along both walls behind cabinets and into adjacent dining room, there was damage to basement ceiling, and to the majority of the kitchen cabinets.

KPMS restored all the kitchen cabinets, repaired the subfloor and joists, ran new plumbing to kitchen sink and dishwasher, gutted the adjacent walls and basement ceiling, installed, finished, and painted new drywall, and installed all new junction boxes, receptacles, switches and cover plates.

Customer finally got her new dishwasher & backsplash. She was happy we informed her of our findings and was very pleased when finished.
