Floor joists replaced, 3 beams replaced,
House floors leveled, new sheeting for the subfloor, 4 new concrete piers to support the new beams correctly,
Now onward to new deck and slining door, and then onwards to taking out old ceilings and fixing the saging 2x4 joists and making a flat ceiling become flat once again.

Waneta & lemonade cottage rehab projects have been on the boom last couple of years.

Leveling work, floors are not level and there is an issue with part of the floor coming up, customer states,
We dig into it and find what we expected dry rot, and poorly built framing structure,
Can you fix it? Yes we can! Give us some time to do our magic, and witch how flat your floors will be, and you can have a sound mind that this place is solid.
