Posting in reverse because we like the pretty pictures more. After, durings, and befores of a ceiling repair. Some “oopsies” nails went through the ceiling during a roof repair and we were there to make it nicer than it was before! Repaired the nail holes, masked off the beams(even though the person before us was sloppy doesn’t mean we need to add to their mess), primed the repairs, and repainted the whole ceiling with 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald in Satin.
Color is Honied White.
Do you guys love this room?

The yellow jackets in this ceiling were 2 coats of paint from taking over the house.

Ever have that feeling that something is crawling on you? These dead yellow jackets got their final eviction today. They ate the whole way through the drywall.

Something we found interesting I wanted to share. Years ago when these homeowners removed wallpaper they found this hidden behind it. It’s a mural painted on the wall to looks like a window. It doesn’t look like it was damaged at all from the wallpaper removal so they wanted to keep it.
