After observing him be utterly impressive through the state legalities part of his journey, we are beyond excited to watch Matt grow his company. So far, he has embodied the entrepreneurial secret; passion and consistency! 🙌🎉🤩

‼️Fun fact: Waaaaay back when we first started the commissary around 2012 we had a sausage company specializing in Cajun sausages. This time around it’s Bratwurst!!

Over this past week, our kitchen has been absolutely buzzing 🐝 with incredible energy!

From crafting stunning Charcuterie Boards for Day of the Dead and exploring Cravin' Asian: Filipino Flavors to mastering "FUN"damentals: Dumplings and cooking up a storm with our wonderful friends from Autism Pensacola Inc, we've had a blast! 💥

Last Friday, Pensacola Cooks Commissary and Classroom hosted a “fun”tastic private “Flambé” class. This group stands out because they were GIVEAWAY WINNERS! 🏅

Following the Pensacola Cooks spirit, we frequently donate classes to nonprofits for fundraisers or silent auctions; this group secured a private session for 10! How cool is that? 😁
