Finished this job and the customer is EXTREMELY happy, she said... "you gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, thank you Jerry you're the best"...
On this job I demoed the vanity and hauled away the trash, installed a new one with granite top, under mount square sinks and 8" faucets... patched a few holes in the walls, installed new ceiling lamps, primed and painted the walls.

My customer forgot about a pan on the stove with oil... the oil got so hot it ignited setting the hood fan on fire damaging the finish on some of the cabinets... We changed the hood fan, installed a Mosiac backsplash by the stove, changed a few pulls, cleaned and refinished the cabinets.
