This shower was a complete subpar install just a few years back. No preslope, pan liner was leaking, subpar waterproofing product, way too small notch trowel and had several moisture issues including pouring water in the storage room underneath. We ripped it apart and found those issues and ended up ripping the floor out too. Replaced a piece of subfloor and retiled the entire bathroom. Uncoupling membrane on the floor and a water tight shower. Opened up the niche to 4 feet. This turned out great 🙌

Bathroom remodel in East Hill. And the tile choice fit the house beautifully! I had so much fun selecting the perfect finishes with the homeowner for this project and seeing them come to life. An amazing condo remodel at Purple Parrot resorts in Perdido. It really needed an update and some love! That’s what we did. New countertops throughout, new tile floors, tub, and showers in both bathrooms, new kitchen and layout. We cut down the raised bar and extended the counter out to make a large open beautiful kitchen. The owners still have a lot to do but it looks so much better! This was a really awesome bathroom remodel in the Scenic area. Very custom detailed work from the arched windows to the custom built soap soap to the envelope cut on the shower floor. I had to cut and lower the subfloor to make this a curbless, roll in shower. 40x40 floors with 24x48 on the walls. Lots of time and attention to detail on this job and it turned out great!
