Our founder, Pierre Demers, has had a deeply personal connection to Phoenix Children's Hospital for decades, one rooted in loss, gratitude, and a commitment to honoring the care his late niece received there.

That connection became the foundation for AZ Kidz Experience, a non-profit dedicated to bringing joy to children at PCH through once-in-a-lifetime events while raising funds for the hospital's incredible work.

We are thrilled to welcome Cathey to the Demers Glass team as our new Commercial Estimator!

Cathey brings 13 years of glass industry experience to the role, having worked her way from purchasing through project coordination before landing the estimator position she had long been working toward. Outside of work, Cathey is a proud grandma, an avid reader, a gardener doing her best against the Arizona heat, and a keeper of chickens and the occasional turkey.
