🏠 The finish line is in sight.

This whole-home remodel is officially in the final stages, and it’s exciting to see everything come together.

Cabinetry is in.
Countertops and tile are installed.
The bathrooms are taking shape.
And appliances arrive at the end of this week.

Now our team is focused on the details—working diligently through the final installations, touch-ups, and punch-list items so we can get this home ready for our clients to move back in and enjoy it.

These last few weeks of a remodel may not be the most dramatic, but they’re some of the most important. Finishing well matters. Every detail counts, and we want the completed home to reflect the level of quality our clients trusted us to deliver.

🚨 Before you hire a remodeling contractor, ask these 3 questions.

A beautiful portfolio is important—but when you’re trusting someone with a major renovation of your home, you need to know what happens after the contract is signed.

1️⃣ Who is actually managing my project every day?
Who will you communicate with once construction begins?

2️⃣ How do you handle changes and unexpected conditions?
Major remodels can uncover things nobody could see before demolition. You want to know how those situations will be communicated and handled.

3️⃣ How detailed is the scope of work?
You shouldn’t have to guess what’s included in your project—or find out later what isn’t.

The right contractor should be able to answer all three clearly.
