We Are Hiring!
We are looking for crew members to join our fast growing and highly motivated company. Laurel Leaf Landscaping specializes in Design / Build Landscaping in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Our team focuses on company culture to make a great working environment for new and current employees. The positions we need filled are full time work over the Spring, Summer and Fall months. We work Monday through Friday and have weekends off. Any hours worked past 40 will be compensated with overtime pay (1.5x). Past experience would be great but is not required for this position. Work in the late and early winter months will be available along with snow plowing opportunities. Unemployment benefits apply for all winter months worked less than 32 hours.
Typical daily duties:
Operating heavy equipment (skid loaders & excavators).
Driving HD trucks and towing trailers.
Building retaining walls.
Laying paver patios and walkways.
Planting trees and plants.
Low voltage lighting work.
Grading and excavating work.
Shoreline restoration.
And much more.
You will spend most of your summer enjoying the outdoors while working on some of the most beautiful lakeshore properties in the area. By the end of the year you will have made new friends and learned plenty of new skills along the way.
