This job is a great example of why you should have routine maintenance done. Numerous spots had started peeling and had to be scraped and sanded. Transparent/semi transparent stains can very difficult to spot fix while maintaining consistency with everything else so don't let it fail in the first place by getting on a schedule for a maintenance coat! Once it goes it goes fast!!
