Okayyyy… she’s really starting to look like a HOUSE now! 🙌🏼🔨

The walls are up, the roof is taking shape, and I’m loving watching this one come to life. There’s just something about the framing stage when you can finally start seeing the vision instead of just imagining it!

Next up, we’ll keep pushing forward and turning this pile of lumber into one beautiful PBK home. 🖤

Another big milestone is complete on our newest PBK Builders spec home—the underground plumbing is officially in! 💧

Every step below the surface is just as important as what you’ll eventually see above it. With the plumbing complete, we’re one step closer to pouring the slab and watching this house really start to take shape.

We can’t wait to share each phase of the build with you. Stay tuned—this one is going to be a beautiful home!

It’s always exciting to see a project go from lines on paper to something you can actually walk through, and today was a big milestone. The footings are being dug and this house is officially starting to come out of the ground! Even better—we made a few final tweaks to the floor plan this morning that added nearly 100 square feet of livable space, making this home even more functional and family-friendly. Those little changes can make a huge difference in how a home lives, and we couldn’t be happier with the final design.
