A 5-in-one does more than you know! It also fits my power saw nut! You know the one that you you have to dig to find a wrench? Unless you’re one of those non-ADD type contractors which basically means you’re more than likely better at paperwork than at fixing things, but I digress. This is all in good humor of course, but 5-in-1’s are handy!

People always ask why I don’t post every day… This is why. Most days aren’t highlight reels — it’s real work, real grind, and yeah… sometimes just me talking to myself on a job site 😂 Not every part of the process is exciting, but this is what it actually takes to get things done right. You can either watch the finished product… or see what really goes into it. Which one do you prefer?

When you hire contractors that are way lower than anyone else, there's usually a good reason.
A. They don't have the experience to bid jobs correctly.
B. They knew how to bid jobs correctly, but they're going low purposely to jack the prices way up during or at the end of the project.
C. They're not good at what they do, so they charge a lot less to out bid professionals.
(Remember, it's always more expensive to pay for the same Project twice.)
