Meet Olivia Brock! Olivia has been helping behind the scenes for about a month now, so we figured it was time to officially introduce her!

Olivia is joining NDC as our assistant and will be helping with the daily things that keep everything moving. You’ll see her joining me in client meetings, delivering plans, measuring homes, running errands around town for NDC, and helping me keep up with social media!

A few things about Olivia:
👩🏻‍🎓 She’s a senior in high school
⚽️ She loves playing soccer and shes great at it
🌮 Mexican food is one of her favorites
💅🏼 Olivia is THE nail girl! I’m hoping I can officially get on her schedule for a biweekly appointment.
📐 She’s still deciding what she wants to do after graduation (I’m working on convincing her that architecture or engineering is the answer 😂)
☕️ She’s currently being taught the importance of coffee in this office. Maybe one day she’ll even learn how to make mine!

I’m so excited to have Olivia here and to have her be a part of NDC as we continue to grow. I’m even more excited to see where this experience takes her and what she decides to do in the future! Welcome to NDC, Olivia! 🤍

Heres a sneak peak of one of our custom homes under construction. 🔨

This river home is taking shape beautifully, and we’re excited to watch this project come together! This home was designed from scratch, with every detail thoughtfully created around the way ours clients live. I can’t wait to share more about this project!!

Here are some examples of my clients sketches for their home plans! Some clients come to me with a full sketch of their floor plan. Some come to me with nothing at all. Both are exactly where you’re supposed to start.

I am finishing up a busy week before vacation and feeling very blessed today as I have multiple plan sets coming off the printer.

This raised river home is currently my largest project yet by under roof square footage (not conditioned). This full set was turned around in under 3 weeks!
