Good morning! 🌞 Hopefully all of you enjoyed your Memorial Day weekend! As some of you know we recently hired a new office manager (me!) and as my first month with K & B is coming to an end I have made it a personal goal of mine to get someone hired for our open position ASAP!! Our favorite time of year is HERE 🔥
It's officially fireplace season.
We know Technically fall doesn't start until Later this month but we are already booking out that far.

Every year we broaden our service area and stock parts for gas fireplace service. If you have a gas fireplace, gas log set, or gas stove call us today for a seasonal clean and check.

Fireplace season books up fast, we recommend getting on the schedule now if you are wanting to use your fireplace for the holiday season.

There isn't a brand we aren't familiar with.
Gas fireplaces must vent outside of the home. We DO NOT work on vent free units.

Some of us crank on the A/C... just to find out it needed a break 😂
If you find your A/C is in need of some TLC our techs are working around the clock to keep everyone comfy. 📞517-625-HEAT

While we are at it we figured we would share some tips to keep you cool 😎

☀Check your furnace filter. A clean filter keeps the air flowing.
☀Make sure all of your registers and returns are open and free of blockages.
☀ Spray down your A/C unit with a hose to remove cottonwood and debris. MAKE SURE YOUR UNIT IS OFF BEFORE DOING THIS.
☀ Make sure your thermostat has fresh batteries. You'd be surprised to find them hiding in the back of it.
☀ Run through the sprinkler, jump in a pool, eat some watermelon and grab an ice cream cone.... Summer is a short season.
