I have always, since the day I've started this business on my own, prided myself on several things... Honesty, integrity, reliability, and the highest standard of quality possible.

I have always upheld my standard of "If i say i will be there, i WILL be there"

With that said... Since hurricane Ian, the demand for services has been extremely overwhelming. I have hired new employees and expanded. However, there are many potential customers that have slipped through the cracks, and have gotten forgotten about. Especially in the first few weeks after the storm.

To those people that have gotten missed, or forgotten or lost in the chaos, i cannot begin to apologize enough for not keeping my word to keep in touch or be somewhere when i said i would be.

If you find yourself on that list of people, please feel free to reach out to me again. The schedule is still very busy, but with the help of an added receptionist, we are doing our very best to make sure each and every customer gets the attention they deserve.

Due to the increase in demand, i have purchased an additional phone and employed someone to help keep up with the phones and scheduling.
