Happy Thursday! Here’s the menu for this week at the Prince George Farmers’ Market on Saturday. We will have a limited amount of Roselle jam available, too! As always our jam is small-batch and made with ingredients grown at our farm or from one of our local farmer friends. Do you know Roselle? Aka Florida cranberry or Jamaican sorrel, it has 9x more vitamin C than a naval orange.
