The master bath footprint was changed in this beautiful newly remodeled bath. The old fiberglass shower was previously located on the right hand side of the bathroom. The shower floor area has been recessed for what we call a Thick bed mud installation for this ADA curbless shower with a 38” schluter line drain. Sliced flat river rock for the shower floor. 12x24” porcelain tile floor 1/3 pattern and 4”x 12” porcelain wall tile on 1/3 offset pattern. Double niches.

4x12” white subway tile with a niche and foot shelf. Solid surface white shower curb top. charcoal 2x2” shower floor tile. 12x12” white/black compass pattern tile for the bathroom floor. A charcoal grout for walls and floor joints. Schluter shower systems and floor system was used for the preparation.

Large walk in shower with seat using porcelain blue vein 12x24” tiles. Stackable 12x20&12x12 niche to create a large divided his & her niche with 1” blue, silver colored glass tiles. A 6ft x 6ft Shower floor with 4” hexagon matte silver blue vein tile. A 6”x36” porcelain grey blue wood look plank tile for the master floor. All set over Schluter’s waterproof shower systems & ditra XL uncoupling membrane. This area of the bath is the old footprint for a whirlpool bath tub area that created a nicer larger shower.

Bathroom remodel on the 3rd floor of a house recognized by the Historical society built in 1911. Home owner elected to use tile to keep with time periods of the other baths. 3x6 subway tiles with a double black 3x6 for feature stripe. Mud set shower floor with Schluter’s 36” line drain and 1/2” hexagonal mosaic tiles with black accents. Framed bench seat and 12x12 Schluter niche. Solid surface white shower curb. All edges are finished off with Schluter chrome jolly. John H. Is credited for doing fabulous work on the tile installation.
