GCM Solutions LLC completed a job for a very nice customer. New driveway along with stamped concrete walkway. We installed a Kohler 26KW natural gas backup generator along with a 200 Amp Service Entrance Rated automatic transfer switch. The original service panel was replaced with a 200 amp Square D. Finally, a railing was installed around the existing deck.

The next time the customer loses power the transfer switch will command the generator to start and transfer power to the home. Being a natural gas fed unit, the fuel supply is endless. From the time the power is lost, the generator starts and transfers. This takes under 10 seconds! Having the peace of mind: from the comforts of air conditioning/heat, to a refrigerator with foods and medications, plus everyday conveniences, a generator provides the solution.

Big day for a Veteran! He had a walkway made of rocks, which we removed and poured with stamped concrete to make a better surface for walking. Pouring new driveway and front walkway tomorrow, weather permitting. Once this is complete we will start the install of a 26KW Kohler Generator so emergency backup power is always available! We are a Certified VA builder, helping Veterans have a better life completed by a Veteran Owned Company!

Is everyone drying out yet? Wow, was that rain and storms something else! We received a call for some down power poles which knocked out electric to a residence. We mobilized and coordinated with Owen Electric to get these folks power back on as soon as possible. We relocated the meter and main panel box and eliminated one of the power poles. Very happy customer with our service and response time considering doing this repair in the pouring rain.

We got a call from a customer saying she was getting birds and squirrels in her attic and there were holes in the side of her house. She was upset on the phone so we went over that afternoon to look at it. When she came out to greet us, once again very upset, even crying. We assured her we could get the holes fixed and everything would be ok. Zeb and I realized she was upset wondering what this was going to cost and she stated her and her husband’s health was not good. At that point we knew how to ease her anxiety, we said ma’am we are family owned business and we are going to do this for free, so no worries. She cried and gave us big hugs and was very thankful. We are going back and do some additional property cleanup and repairs, at no charge. Ryker wanted to come and help, I told him he earned Christian Service hours, as he saw first hand how to give back to people in need.
