In the process of a bathroom remodel. Shower surround had an old vinyl surround. Removed moldy drywall installed backer board and sealed everything watertight.

In the process of some roof work. Some one laid a metal roof with out doing plywood which caused problems. Also the metal was screwed down wrong, instead of being on the humps they had the screws on the flat part which caused it to leak. Single's are next.
