I can't stress enough that good quality paint will save you so much time and money! Many of my customers lately have bought cheap flat paint which will most likely take 3 coats and increases the price of labor and time. Not to mention you will need to buy more paint compared to one with a sheen. Part of my job is to educate and make things much easier for you! Flat paint absorbs into the walls causing you to need more, it soaks up oils from handprints and scuffs very easy. It's also harder to clean especially if you have little ones at home. This is the number 1 reason why I love the super paint from Sherwin Williams with a satin sheen! Behr paint can be hit or miss. If you do decide to buy Behr, I highly recommend Dynasty or Marquee 1 coat finish in satin or eggshell. I use the angled Purdy brushes and Purdy 3/4" nap rollers. They hold a good amount of paint for coverage and provide a smooth finish! PM for a free quote and color suggestions if you need help with any of your future projects! 2 projects complete! Bathroom got color drenched! Color drenching is where you use the same color for the ceiling, walls, trim and doors. Went from a darker grey/green to a Dreamy white.
