A customer reported an intermittent 4C error code on their Samsung washer. Upon inspection, I found the cold water inlet filter was heavily clogged with sediment, likely due to the home lacking a water softening system. I cleared the debris, restored proper flow, and walked the customer through the cleaning process so they can perform this maintenance themselves in the future.

Harbor Freight makes it easy for everyone to DIY. I have many sockets and screw drivers but you can’t beat a kit for $6. You can do a lot around the house with just this. It is also lifetime warranty! Buy this for yourself or your love one to get them started.

Successfully performed a manual extraction on a jammed disposal unit following a terminal blockage and circuit trip. After navigating the exterior electrical mains on this vintage property, I cleared the impellers and restored the circuit. Finished the job with a deep-clean cycle using a high-friction ice slurry to sharpen the blades and degrease the chamber.
