I decided to let the kid help me spray bomb this thing. The yellow was getting a bit much, lol. It will eventually get a real paint job, but she got to learn a little bit about taping one up, and we had fun, which was the real goal.

This little clip is after I changed a carb that was leaking from what I think was a cracked bowl. New Amazon carb ran pretty good out of the box. Then I changed the rusted out gas tank and I guess I knocked some trash loose in the lines and now I can’t get it to idle anymore, lol. Swapping to dual carbs anyway, so I guess it’ll be alright.

Here’s where we started when I got it home. Not a bad starting point.
