If you need air conditioning before the heat hits, this message is for you.

#1. Delivery on some air conditioner models is out to 12 weeks. That means I don't get the equipment to do your installation until June. It also means you may have fewer options if you want something sooner. If you wait until April or May, you can do the math on that. And we will likely experience additional price increases for equipment between now and June.

As we brace for a few more dog days I want to remind you that a heat pump is also an air conditioner.

Why does that matter?
