A Project That Required More Than Just Construction 🏠🔨
This wasn’t a typical siding project.
The property had remained unfinished for nearly five years, and completing the exterior required access from the neighboring property. Because access could not initially be obtained, the property owner had to go through a legal process to secure permission to complete the work.
As part of the process, the City of Philadelphia required the work to be performed by a properly licensed and insured contractor capable of completing the project in accordance with applicable requirements and construction standards.
That’s where ProView Construction came in.
Our team removed the damaged exterior materials, replaced the plywood and DensGlass sheathing, rebuilt and protected the exterior wall system, installed new windows and an exterior door, and completed the project with new siding.
After years of sitting unfinished, this property finally received the exterior it needed.
