Another successful cornice rebuild completed in Fishtown! 💪

In just 2 days we rebuilt this entire cornice and painted while working off 40 foot ladders. We replaced damaged crown molding, installed new 1x12 trim boards, and rebuilt the corbels to restore the original look and character of the home.

Another project wrapped up ✔️

Installed 3 new interior doors in this older home and got everything fitted, leveled, and closing perfectly. Older houses can definitely be tricky because nothing is ever perfectly square, but that’s the kind of work I enjoy.

Most people know us for painting, but we also handle finish carpentry, door installs, trim work, repairs, and other interior upgrades as well.

Another clean exterior transformation we applied Loxon masonry paint on the stucco for a durable, weather resistant finish that keeps the surface protected and looking sharp.

The cornice was detailed with three different colors to add depth and bring out the architecture. Railing was coated in an oil-based gloss for a smooth, polished look, and all trim work was completed with precision to tie everything together.
