The renters have to be given a fair rental price and be given the opportunity to rent for some type of ownership. When tenants can become part of the equity (trickle up, they are the ones who are needed to fund and pay back the project anyway, otherwise the banks have to spend more and bail out) for renting, the game will change. If wealthier people continue to just invest in projects, even if its 100, it'll only continue to squeeze the tenants. Is the juice worth the squeeze?
