Congratulations to Allison, winner of our Monstera Thai Constellation giveaway! 🌱

Meet Allison: gun violence and democracy public policy attorney, mom, fan & plant enthusiast! She got into plants after her best friend recommended getting some to liven up her home, and has continued to grow her collection ever since! She’s especially partial to the her variegated rubber tree plant.

Her advice to new plant owners? Talk to Joshua to learn what plants will work for your space! Also, start small until you get the hang of taking care of your very own plants.

Congratulations to , winner of our Philodendron Strawberry Shake giveaway!

Sieta is an avid plant collector herself (check out her page for some cool ones for sale)! She’s always been interested in plants, but her collection grew rapidly during the pandemic. For Sieta, taking care of home plants are a way to relieve stress and anxiety.

Her advice for ‘budding’ plant enthusiasts? Start small with beginner friendly plants. Build up your confidence that you can take care of them well, and then move on to the more delicate varieties! 🌱

Today was one for the books — Resident Leaf’s first time hosting a booth complete with (most of) our team of Resident | Experts. Thank you to everyone who came out — it was a joy to talk about plants and share our love of gardening and sustainability at our first ever kid’s event.

We look forward to many more events - community is at the core of why we do what we do, and we can’t wait to meet more of you!
