This design is a garage, apartment and workspace all rolled into one! The gardenview house has a two car garage on the first floor as well as a private entrance to an apartment on the second floor- perfect for a rental unit, a home office or even your in-laws!
Complete with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and an open, light filled living and eating space, the apartment offer dramatic views to the outside while maintaining a sense of privacy to the resident. Vaulted ceilings and two skylights give a sense of volume, creating a peaceful, relaxing living space - year round.
At the rear of the house is a ground floor studio or workspace space with a tall ceiling, large sets of windows, a skylight and plenty of storage space. Designed to be flexible enough for an artist or a woodworker, the space can serve as the perfect spot to pursue your hobby in peace- we even remembered the sink!
