White is often perceived as absence of color. I am not a big fan of white myself and I though my perception would never change. Maintenance free especially stain-resistant interior furnishings, fabrics, and wall and floor finishes….works best in any interior space and much appreciated by families with children.
I have to admit…I started to feel different about white after discovering the refreshing effect it has
refreshing effect it has on our living spaces...white walls are a good backdrop for objects d' art and paintings that are placed in the room. It awakens creativity, amplifies the effect of other colors, and highlights good architectural details. Not every white is snow white. Try using whites tinted with: ivory, cream, antique white and palest beige, blue and yellow – Benjamin Moore has over 140 whites to choose from.
Accessorize with White: Flowers, throw pillows, art, sculpture, shelves, candles, lamp shades, chandelier and much more.
