A little wavy? Not on our watch! 🌊🔨

Before the beautiful hardwood goes down, we've got some behind-the-scenes work to do!

We're correcting this wavy subfloor, bringing those low spots up, and creating a flat, solid foundation for the new flooring.

💡 Fun fact: Your subfloor doesn't have to be perfectly LEVEL, but it DOES need to be FLAT!

Why? Because nobody wants squeaky, moving, or failing hardwood floors!

The best flooring installations start with the work you'll never see! 💪

🚨 Unpopular Opinion:
Murphy's Oil Soap has probably caused more unnecessary hardwood floor refinishing than almost any other household cleaner.
I know that's going to upset some people.
"But my grandmother used it..."
"So did my parents..."
We hear it every week.
The problem isn't what your floors look like after one cleaning.
The problem is what happens after 5... 10... or 20 years.
That oily residue doesn't disappear.
It builds.
It traps dirt.
It dulls your finish.
Eventually homeowners call us because they think their floors are "worn out."
Many times...
They're looking at years of cleaner buildup.
This floor is a perfect example.
Use a quality pH-neutral hardwood floor cleaner instead.
Your floors—and your wallet—will thank you.
👇 Do you still use Murphy's Oil Soap? I'd genuinely like to hear why.
