This customer is installing a full bath in the lower level of his split. He hired DeMay Tile, LLC to install the flanges, the shower enclosure, fix the tiles we had to tear out, and level the bathroom so he can install a laminate after we finished.

A South 18th St home in Philly needed the laminate floor in the kitchen, pantry and 1/2 bath removed, areas of the subfloor removed and replaced due to rot, then replaced, leveler poured, and a fresh new tile in all areas. Then we installed new baseboard and quarter round.

Even with the crazy amount of unevenness throughout, we got it done and done right.

Came out pretty good if you ask us!

… and don’t worry, we didn’t tile over sheetrock in the shower. DensShield was installed over top of the greenboard to bring that wall out another 1/2 inch 😉 Then we sealed it - completely waterproof as it should be!
